Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions
Offer available to new Tesco Car Insurance, Tesco Van Insurance and Tesco Value Car Insurance customers who buy a policy between 04/03/10 and 26/05/10 inclusive. Offer available to customers who purchase directly from Tesco and Tesco Compare only. Excludes purchases from other comparison websites, including quotes originating from them. Gift Card will be posted to the polcyholder's addresss within 6 weeks of the policy purchase date. Tesco Bank reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the promotion without prior notice. If the policy is cancelled within the first 14 days, you will not receive the Gift Card.
Points on Premium
Collecting Clubcard points on your premium is simple, all you need to do is give us your Clubcard number and we will link it to your policy.
We will then automatically give you 1 point for every £2 you spend on your Tesco Car Insurance premium. If you pay your premium annually, then the points will appear on your next available Clubcard statement. If you pay monthly, then the points are spread throughout the term of your policy, appearing on each quarterly Clubcard statement. Please note that it can take up to six weeks to process the first set of points on your premium.
Paying with Clubcard vouchers
To use Clubcard vouchers to pay for Car Insurance you must pay the premium in full and redeem your voucher afterwards. This is fully explained in the Welcome pack.
Once you've paid your premium, or your first instalment has been received, we'll send you a pre-filled form and envelope for you to return your vouchers to us. Once we have them, we'll refund their value into the account used to pay your premium.
The maximum amount of Clubcard vouchers you redeem cannot be greater than the premium stated on your redemption form. Clubcard vouchers must be valid and in date and must not be damaged, defaced, copied or altered. The policyholder must have a Clubcard in their own name.
Tesco Car Insurance accept no responsibility for Clubcard vouchers that are not received. Any change from your Clubcard vouchers will be credited to your Clubcard account and be advised to you in your next Clubcard statement. Please note that you can only redeem Clubcard vouchers against your annual premium once a year. All money will be refunded into the payment method specified on your redemption form. Every £1 voucher redeemed will be redeemed as £1 of payment for your insurance premium.
